Room Rental Includes:
- Tables & chairs, arranged for you by our staff in the way that you request
- Setup / teardown access at no additional charge: 2 hours before your event begins for setup, and 1 hour after your event ends for teardown
- Dance Floor (if renting the Grand Ballroom)
- LED wall splash lighting in the Grand Ballroom
- Bistro lighting on the Patio (in-season only)
- Free parking & WiFi

All rates are per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
On holidays, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas to name a few, Saturday rates apply.
Grand Ballroom

Monday – Friday (before 4pm): $250/hr.
Friday (after 4pm) – Saturday: $375/hr.
Sunday: $350/hr.
West Ballroom
Max Capacity: 160
Monday – Friday (before 4pm): $175/hr.

Sunday: $225/hr.
East Ballroom
Max Capacity: 130

Aladdin Room

* Max Capacity depends on seating arrangement: banquet, theater, classroom, etc. Talk to the Event Administrator about the max capacity for your desired seating.
Facility Rental Times
- Monday through Thursday and Sunday rentals are available from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.
- Friday and Saturday rentals are available from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Additional rental time that takes the event beyond the 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm cut-off time are not permitted (NO exceptions).
Additional Information:
- Audio/visual access and equipment, including microphones and podium, wall-mounted or portable TVs, and large screens and projectors, are available upon request for an additional charge.
- Bar, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and bartenders are available upon request for additional charge.
- The Aladdin Shrine Event Center does NOT have in-house catering, though we do have a full-service catering kitchen available to use by the caterer of your choosing. All food served is to be provided by one of our recommended caterers or by any caterer of your choosing. All caterers must hold a valid and verifiable food service license. No food that has been prepared in a home kitchen may be brought in for serving to guests during your event. This means we don’t allow traditional potlucks. Prepackaged goods from a grocery store, a verifiable restaurant, or a manufacturer may be brought in but must be pre-approved by your Event Administrator and Aladdin Shrine Event Center.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the room rental fee is required to hold a date for any day and time of the week. The payment will be applied to the final balance. The final invoice will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to your event. If there is any remaining amount due after your event, that will be invoiced on the first business day after your event. All beverages for a Host Bar will be invoiced on the first business day after your event.
